Work Orders
To place a non-emergency work order during our office hours (Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM and on Fridays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM), Please submit it in writing or via email. after submitting to service requested, please call 979.240.1923 to inform the maintenance staff. Non-emergency work can be submitted in writing on the work order request form.
non-emergency work orders have to be submitted via email or in the office in writing.
The following must be included in your work order request via email:
- Name
- Unit Number
- Maintenance Request
- Date
- Time
- If your maintenance request is an Emergency
Outside of office hours, please place any emergency work orders by calling our Emergency After Hours Maintenace Line at 979.240.1923.
The following situations are considered for our emergency maintenance services:
- Broken door locks or windows
- Broken water lines
- Exposed electrical lines
- Fire (please dial 9-1-1 first)
- Gas leak (please dial 9-1-1 first)
- Loss of power
- No air conditioning (when over 85 degrees Fahrenheit)
- No heat (when under 45 degrees Fahrenheit)
- Plumbing backups (overflowing toilet, exposure to raw sewage, etc.)
